Bob Brown is an account director with over eleven years experience in performance improvement applications using QualPro’s MVT ® Process. Bob has managed process improvement efforts with Fortune 500 retail, telecommunications, financial, manufacturing, and healthcare companies, and his experience includes partnerships to improve manufacturing processes for chemical industry leaders such as BP, AkzoNobel and Valspar.
Bob has worked over the past four years with Nielsen top 100 convenience stores. His successes with merchandising, advertising, store layouts, retail resets, restaurants, fuel transport, and digital media have been featured in public presentations by clients, as well as in trade publications such as Convenience Store News and Retail Merchandiser and the subject of technical presentations at national trade shows. Bob’s global business expertise spans a variety of leadership positions in manufacturing, research, and marketing, and his accomplishments include successful business merger and acquisitions, marketing start-up joint ventures and business turnarounds.
Prior to joining QualPro, Bob worked for over two decades for E. I. DuPont de Nemours, specializing in leading global business turnarounds in plastic polymers, agricultural products, and textile fibers intermediates. His success as global supply chain manager and business leader led to his being nominated to the DuPont Agricultural Products Business Hall of Fame. Published papers and presentations at professional associations have documented Bob’s organizational development successes.
Bob studied at the Wharton Business School and holds his master’s degree in chemical engineering.
