John Nehls

John has been helping QualPro clients generate breakthrough results for over twenty years. His portfolio includes many high-performing companies in both the manufacturing and service sectors including DuPont, Phillips 66, AT&T, Olin, Unifi, Big Lots, Rent-A-Center, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Lenscrafters, Mohawk Industries, Milliken, AutoNation, Valspar, La-Z-Boy, and others among the Fortune 100.

John’s use of the MVT® Process in process control has resulted in dramatic improvement in oil refining, chemical processing, and CNC manufacturing. His retail and service clients have found similar benefits in increased sales, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining QualPro, John was a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) specializing in manufacturing productivity and systems design. John got his start as a development engineer with Martin Marietta Energy Systems (Lockheed Martin) focusing on materials development.

Since joining QualPro in 1990, John’s skills have benefited over 100 companies in chemical, manufacturing, service, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, financial, mining and minerals industries as well as analytical and quality assurance laboratories. His client successes have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Textile World, Manufacturing Today, and other general and trade publications.

John received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and MBA in marketing and economics.
